Turn web Cam back on?

Hello,
Several months ago I turned off my web cam on my Acer Apsire 5251 Laptop. I want to have it working again, but do not recall what idid to shut it off. I run Windows 7 Home Edition. The Web cam is built-in at the top of the monitor. The software seems to be in place. I just know I did something to dis-engage the web cam and there is some way to turn it back on with in the laptop. Please help?

I SOLVED THE ISSUE! I went to Device manager, then to "Imaging Devices" selected "1.3M WebCam", and that is where I found the window to "RE-ENABLE" the web cam.

"Windows has Enabled this device!"

I love it when I can solve my own problems... But I appreciate all who are on here to help others! THANKS!
