Turtle Beach Headset Duel Inputs PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a headset called the Turtle Beach Stealth 400. I am building a pc in the coming months, I already game on the PS4 and I need to have the headset hooked up to my PS4 and my PC. I don't want to have get behind my desk and be playing with cables. Does anyone know a way i could have this headset hooked up to my PS4 and a PC, so duel outputs. thanks very much but what does this mean how can i have dual inputs to the headset i would like it so i can switch between the pc and ps4 audio
