I have had a pair of Turtle Beach X12 for a while how. Just now they stopped working after being dropped from a small height. At first I thought I was screwed, despite this I went around checking each computer in my house if it worked and surprisingly it worked on one computer! However... I need it fixed for my computer. Any suggestions?
P.S. The mic didn't work on the computer, on which the sound worked.
