tv channels glitching

Hi I have got a brand new hisense tv which sometimes the channels work and sometimes they don't. The tv is 32k220w VICC983598 My old palsonic worked without any issues. I bought a new Arial for the back of the TV which goes to the wall but still no joy. Its a smart tv as well please help

Each brand (or even model of TV) will have a different tuner, some better than others. There should be a way to check the strength of each channel on the TV (info display?).
That will tell you if the signal is low or not.
Try re-positioning the aerial for a stronger signal. Orient it in a different direction and raise it is possible.
