TV Colour Blotches

Hello,
My Samsung Tv has started going turquoise in the white and peoples skin seems to have a glare and look strange - any ideas please?

If it is a DLP set, I would say the color wheel has gone south. If it is hooked up with component video cables, no matter what type tv it is, check that one of them hasn't slipped off.
