I think you misunderstood me. I am trying to set up a broadcast for my own personal use. Mainly to learn and play around with it. I need to know what a RF modulator does. Does it just convert or also broadcast the signal? I have an old converter box from when TV switched to digital and I am wondering if I can use it.
