TV hookup with hdmi to soundbar

I have a Vizio sb4051-co soundbar, and a new-55l260a13 insignia TV.

My soundbar will not make sound while I have my Comcast box on. I have the soundbar connected with hdmi to the #1 input and Comcast in the #2 slot. My ps4 is connected to the soundbar.

I can get the ps4 sound to work, but cannot make the Comcast sound work.

Please help

The ARC function on the TV and soundbar may not be active by default. Check the TV and soundbar menus. Then select that as the input on the soundbar.
