TV is completely 100% unresponsive to anything

So my TV
Sony Bravia (I'll add in the exact model later)
One day started to stop taking in my remote commands (This is a third party remote worked before) so I go to the side of the TV and notice it doesn't take any commands like Volume or Channel or any type of input. I've unplugged the TV for the whole night and still no change. I've noticed the power button is green but its blinking nonstop even with the TV off. I did something and it reset the TV to Antenna 11.1 (WTTW PBS). I can't change channels lower the volume and when the TV opens it has this little Info window which won't show either. I need help please
