Ok well since it does not have a AV Out then its going to have to be hooked to an external audio device such as surround sound or even a sound bar. What model TV is it?

Thanks. One more question. Are you hooking this up to an xbox/playstation/pc or is it just for tv?
There are a few options such as HDMI/USB converters but i'll try to get you hooked up without spending more money than you need to. :D

Alright, so go to http://xrockernation.com/support/#lightbox/3/ and click on "Connecting to XBox 360" (the component* connections should be the same on the One). It will show a diagram on how to hook up your system. So from the looks of it the the audio is just going to be coming from the chair and NOT THE TV. If you wanted it from both you may need to go with a different chair or hook into a surround system.
-Yellow (or component* cables red/blue/green) goes to VIDEO IN from the One into TV
-Yellow/White cable go from One into chair connections (you may have to buy female-female adapters)

You won't be able to use HDMI and use the chair. The only reason you can use Composite/Component cable is the separate video from audio. The only other way I can see hooking up a gaming chair is to find one that supports an HDMI In and HDMI Out but there could be significant input lag from that. They do sell chairs that allow audio through a Bluetooth system but you would then need a new tv...
