Question tv to heaing aid app

i got some new hearing aids and they connect to my android phone with Bluetooth and will let me hear the games i play thru the phone and send that volume to the aids. so does anyone happen to know if there is an app that will listen to the tv and then play to the hearing aids? i don't think an app will connect to the tv but an app that will use the phone mic and then send that thru the Bluetooth to the aids? thanks
