I have a 60inch Samsung(late 2012 model) with not audio outputs, i.e. headphone jack. I want to use my wireless SONY headphon

Your remaining salvation would be:

1. Toslink port.
2. HMDI port with ARC capability.

either that (what js said) or pulling audio from the source device (roku, dvd player, etc) with an audio extractor on the hdmi line going to your transmitter or if it offers a direct audio out option on the device using that for the transmitter.

if it needs to be on the tv itself (smart tv functions) then you are SOL if you dont have optical or arc.
