TV wont work

I plugged my desktop computer into my lcd tv via hdmi cable. Apparently my computer wasn't grounded right at the time and my tv stopped working the moment I plugged it in. I checked the fuse because I wasn't sure what else I could check and it was fine. Is there a way I can fix my tv or is it finished? Emerson 40" LCD HDTV. Model # LC401EM3F

Sounds like you fried the TV. If it makes you feel better, I have plugged my notebook via HDMI to my LED TV with both running, and not had any issues.
