I Got An RCA HDTV That Has No HDMI Connector On It. But It Has A DVI Connector And A VGA Connector, Which One Would I Use To Hook My Blu-Ray Player Up To My Tv?

Best option would be to use an HDMI to DVI cable for video and an analog L/R RCA cable for audio. These should be grouped together in the TV. You may also have to go into the setup menu on the Bluray to get the audio to work correctly.
