Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- First is to connect an external USB keyboard for troubleshooting purposes.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver.
- Once the driver has been uninstalled reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- After the reboot do test if your keyboard again and see if it will work normally.
- If it doesn't, change the keyboard settings and make sure it's set to US layout.
- Lastly if all these will not work proceed with a factory reset.
- If factory reset will not fix the problem, replacing the keyboard would be the only solution.
