Solved! typing virus problem

hi guys, i have a pc problem. recently i downloaded an app to help me play a game. the apps name is SWF file player, but it gave me a virus when i installed it and now when i type on my computers keyboard, a blue window pops up and it shuts down my pc.. [i dont mean the blue screen].. can someone help me, i have tried everything, the shutdown -a commant, the registry editor search etc

- Download Iobit uninstaller and uninstall the SWF file player.
- Download install Malwarebytes and run threat scan, follow software instructions, then run deep scan with rootkit detection on high.
- Download and install Emsisoft emergency scanner and run a deep scan with rootkit detection on high.

Thanks for your help but sadly, it didn't work either.. it found 35 threats and cleared them all but it still shuts down when i type with the only exception that the blue window is not poping up anymore..

Did you use both scanners with deep scan mode ?

insert boot media, set BIOS to boot from installation media, delete partitions, quick format/reinstall, stay away from malware-laden game cheats?
