Hi everyone and thx in advance

So, I need a new laptop for gaming and video/photo editing for school next year.

1. What is your budget?
$2200-2800
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
14-15.6"
3. What screen resolution do you want?
Something high like 3200x1800/ Also must be touchscreen
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable, as I will be taking it to 6 classes a day and then home.
5. How much battery life do you need?
5-7 hours
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Games like minecraft, Far Cry 3, and other FPS shooters. I'd like to play them all at highest settings possible.
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop?
Games, school work ( PS, After Effects, programming/coding) YouTube.
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
SSD 256 GB or more
9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
Sites like Amazon or Newegg
10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
3-4 years
11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
Don't need one
12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
Like-
Razer(Good build quality/ like the looks)
Don't like-
Apple( hate the Mac ecosystem, think their way too over priced, bad specs)
13. What country do you live in?
USA
14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I would prefer for the laptop to be as thin as possible, and it must thinner than an inch.
I have looked at the new Razer Blade 14 (2014) version and I think that fits everything I need it for.

Thanks for the help

See, with the touch screen what you've asked for is impossible as far as my knowledge goes :/
if we exclude touch screen then really your best bit is the MSI GS60 pro or the razer blade 14. But even then the GS60 pro doesn't have that long a battery life; so I think you are just stuck with the new razer blade.

Ok, I'll wait for both of those to get released than look at some reviews and decide between them.
