I'm trying to find a good ultrabook for college. I'll be using it for programming (c++, Java, Python,...), general office work (Typing up papers and the sort) and very light gaming (Possibly SC2, Skyrim,...) on whatever settings it can handle. The slimness of the machine is also important.

My budget is around $1000 (800-1200) and having looked at some products already, I'm leaning towards Asus Zenbook prime UX31A-DH51 which is about $800 on ebay right now. Although Macbook air's awesome battery life and trackpad are tempting as well. Nothing's set in stone yet.

Any suggestions, specially ones based on personal experience, are appreciated.
