Solved! Unable To Boot Bootable Media in Bios. Win 8.1 OS

My computer will not boot bootable drives/media. I have several bootable USB Drives but my computer will not boot them. When I enter my laptop's bios the bootable drives are listed however non drives will not boot. The drives will boot on other computers but will not do so on mine. I am uncertain as to what the problem is or how to fix it.

Could someone please help.

you have to tell windows to let something else boot before you can boot to it.
