Question Unable to find video when connected to PC

I am using an app to record my son's hockey games called scorecam. When the video finishes and I save it, I see it on the iPad. But when I connect the iPad to my laptop to transfer it off I don't see it. I see other smaller vids but not the game. I've tried using iTunes to find the game but nothing. I only see the game if I browse to it in my photos folder on the iPad. I need to be able to transfer it off. I've tried going to Photos on the laptop and importing but that doesn't see it either. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you check with support for that app to see where it saves the files? It may be saving it in the program storage space that the PC connection can't get to by default.
