Unable to remove unisales adware

Malware antibytes is not detecting it, and whenever I go to Google Chrome > Settings> Extensions > remove unisales, the next time I open my browser Unisales is still there. How should I remove it? Also there are 0 suspicious programs installed. There is nothing for me to uninstall in the Control panel.

download,install and run a scan with adwcleaner from bleeping computer.delete anything it comes up with and post the log.then download,install and run a scan with junkware removal tool also from bleeping computer.let it finish running and post the log it generates.third run another scan with malwarebytes and quarantine anything it comes up with.post this log as well.
