unable to signin

I can't signin to my toshiba laptop until I turn it on and off with the power button ,then it will go to the signin page .

If I understand the issue correctly you can't sign in to your laptop using your password right? Do try loading in Safe Mode first and see if you'll be able to sign in with no problem. If you still can't login in Safe Mode, do contact the manufacturer of the laptop first for password related concerns because unfortunately we can't assist you regarding that matter.

My problem is not password related. What's happening is that I can't go to the sign in page until I power on and power off . when i turn it on the second time , i can go to the sign in page.
