Newegg's is through a third party seller, and probably hasn't been price updated since the initial offering.

Plus, Fry's says "Unavailable", which probably means they had one or two at that price, and is simply an ad to draw you to their site in the hope's that once there you'd find another, regular priced model, rather than bother looking elsewhere.

In fact, all those Fry's deals say unavailable. Marketing gimmick.
