Unblock my SIM

My SIM was blocked by my network provider because I didn't use it for 2 years. I've contacted them but they refused to unblock it. How do I unblock it?

it's not about unlocking it. it's entirely up to the carrier whether they want to reactivate your SIM. if they don't want to activate, then you need to buy a new one. it's not like a cell phone where the manufacturer can unlock it for you.
