Unblock myself from mcdonalds free wifi

I have a computer cracker not hacker who has been blocking me at all angles from using wifi everywhere i go. He has even blocked me from using my own. I get bounced off att ebos mcdonalds and all the wifi around here. I even have proof from att and yahoo that this has been going on for the last 6 years. Everybody called me crazy. But i showed them my phone wifi listings for my area. One guy shook his head as my phone showed mcdonalds being disabled. This mcdonalds is a hot bed for criminals. I can be in the building without mcdonalds certain people knowing that im in there. I havemcdinalds wifi just fine. When somebody sees me they go to the back to building and i lose connection.

For someone to do what you are describing, the intruder would require access (and some software installed on) to your device. Surely, you have updated systems/devices in the mentioned six years.

What proof do you have from AT&T and Yahoo to confirm this behavior? Also, are you talking about a laptop, tablet, cell phone, or multiple devices?
