I've bought a gl702vs from asus and it had some thermal issues
Literally everyone everywhere solved it by undervolting the cpu, and as I expected it didn't help anything
I'm running Doom on almost 90c and the cpu is not even working 100%
Prime95+furmark is 97c, with or without undervolting
What should i do, help me

How are you undervolting? I'm surprised you even able to that since that stuff is usually pretty locked down on laptops. It's possible that the voltage isn't actually even changing. I'd try using a utility like HWiNFO64 to monitor Vcore and see if it is actually less under load than it was before your overclock.

But yeah, as said above it's probably a good idea to see if the temps you're seeing are normal. Laptops parts tend to run hot.
