I purchased an ASUS X430UQ Zenbook recently. It makes this weird oscillating sound that differs from the fan noise I have heard complaints about. This just doesn't seem right for a brand new premium laptop. I uploaded a video on it: https://youtu.be/XMigfo4xPVo
I have checked my core temperature and it is 33 celcius.

Solution
Update: it is definitely the fan. I installed a fan control program and as I disabled my fan, the noise stopped. It also allowed me to increase the speed and I noticed something very worrying. I was able to feel the fan push the bottom of the pc. I have a feeling that the fan is not spinning vertically but is a bit loose or something
