uninstall geforce experience

Okay. First, i think i messed up with it. i went to NVIDIA folder and i cant see geforce experience.
this is what i see http/prntscr.com/8g1i6b i cant find it via search file. i am using win 8.1 anyway.

the thing is, due to unable to locate the geforce experience, i cant setup my shadowplay anymore. so, id like to uninstall and reinstall it again. but i cant find any uninstaller from those folders above (the screenshot).

i tried to check control panel as well, and this is what i see http/prntscr.com/8g1it0

my graphic card is gtx960. please help, thank you.

Are you sure you installed geforce experience, it looks like it is not installed.

i am pretty sure i installed it. well i tried to redownload them through NVIDIA website, and reinstalled it aswell. but it still doesnt show up.

also, if i didnt install it, how could i have shadowplay on?
