Unlock a laptop bios password on an averatec model 3260 series, has win xp home

I cannot figure out the password to open bios and need your expertise on my averatec 3260 series laptop
i have winxp home edition and it will boot to the user name and guest but i also do not know the passwords in that part either thank you hope you can help

use a password recovery disk or contact your pc manufacturer's customer support with proof of ownership. ask the person who put the password in the first place.
