unlock administrator windows 8

used netplwiz to unlock administrator password: went to > user acct > box options> user pw> checked options > applied auto logon menu > type user name & pw > click ok. now it has my administrator lock up and can only use a guest to open. but I can't change anything that deals w/ administrator tools.

Unlock administrator account
Step1. Please run cmd.exe in the administrative mode.
Step2. Type the command in cmd window for enable "net user Administrator /active:yes"

I still can't do the "sfc /scannow"

that command requires that you run a elevated (admin) cmd.exe
to do that you normally would
(windows key +x) then A, select yes
A black colored Administrator:Command prompt box should appear
you type the command there.
sfc.exe /scannow

that fails you would not have rights to enable the administrative account anyway.
and would not be able to enable the other administrative account
you would get a Access is denied error.
