Just a quick one, new here, and i am autistic so please bare with me.
So, I have a iPhone 8 Plus, and lets say I am using USB-C certified cable to charge my phone, everything is working great. Then I get a unlock iphone to access accessories message, This stops my phone from charging. Now, I unlock my phone and it wont charge, no matter what I seem to do, nothing. I can try and use it in my ipad, my mums ipad, mums iphone and about 10 other devices and yeah, it works great. I can try new plugs, nothing, I end up having to buy a brand new cable.
I can buy a bulk set of cables, so they are exactly the same, when I get this message on my phone, I can switch the cable and it will work perfectly fine. but the cable that was plugged in when the message came up will not work again.
I somehow believe that my iphone remembers this cable and says nope, not going to work with this one again. Any ideas how I can stop going though so many cables?
Yes, i know about the accessories bit on the passcode section to allow accessories when phone is locked but not wanting to use this.
