Unlock keys on laptop a gateway

keys are locked on laptop can only type two letters of my password please help thanks

Nothing I can think of would lock some keys on a keyboard unless it's broken. Can you type anything in other fields with no issues? Try typing in your password in the name field see if all the characters show up. How many keys have you tried?
