Upgrade Laptop for Gaming

i have a Thinkpad yoga 14 that i use for work and gaming. I can play most games on medium setting like minecraft and skyrim. However if i try something like ARK it looks good but very laggy. Can i upgrade my graphics card or memory to make this a better gaming laptop? my specs below, let me know if there is more you need. Thanks in advance!

Processor: Intel Core i5-4210u CPU @1.7GHz 2.39GHZ
Ram: 8GM

Nothing you can upgrade to help you here. You can't add a gpu in your laptop and going egpu is not worth it, is extremely expensive and your laptop lacks the ports for it.

The only thing that "may" help is making sure the iGPU drivers are up to date but even that at best may only increase it a few FPS.
