Upgrade to GTX 950m?

Hello, I currently have a GeForce 840m (2GB) with an Intel Core i7-4710HQ. Is it worth upgrading to a 950m (4GB DDR3) with an Intel Core i7-5500U?

Yes, I would be replacing the system. I will use it for games like Battlefield 4 and Shadow of Mordor.

It is worth it since VRAM is doubled as well.
