I have Acer laptop with A4-5000, 4Gb RAM.
My friend has 5 year old laptop with Celeron, 6Gb RAM and he has given 2Gb for the onboard GPU.

If i upgraded 4Gb more can 2Gb be shared with MY onboard GPU?

Hi,

You are not able to use RAM as VRAM, they are 2 completely different things and are not the same type of memory and cannot be interchangable. I'm not sure what you mean by he has given 2gb's to the GPU as they come with a set amount that the manufacturer has given in design. Sorry :c

Thanks,
Simon
