Solved! Upgrading my Laptop

So I was wanting to update my Toshiba Satellite C55D-B5310 to be able to play games on and make it more reliable and to upgrade the graphics and well everything I’m trying to play Fortnite on it and other games

Graphics are built into the CPU/APU, not upgradeable.

You can upgrade: storage, memory, Wi-Fi card (maybe), LCD (maybe).

It's really not that simple... The only thing you can upgrade is the RAM and that's certainly not going to get you much of any boost in performance, or at least it won't mean much with the APU that's using.
