Uplay problem . Need Help

Hey guys, whenever Uplay is downloading game patches it is horribly slow. It is download @ 45 kBps whereas my speed is 2 Mbps . Origin and Steam work well and it downloads game updates @ full speed BUT Uplay does it at very slow speed.
Does anyone know why ?

Have a look in the Uplay settings under the tab Downloads and make sure the Bandwidth usage limit slider is set to none.

Nevermind, I fixed it. In the settings , under downloads tab , it was set to use proxy , I just turned it OFF and I am getting my original speed.
