URGENT playback assistance required

I have an acer 112 pico projector

i make theatre and need to project a short animation onto some mannequins - urgent deadline.

The animation was made using movie maker on a windows 7 pc.

saving the project from movie maker i have a high res and a low res version

low res is fine for the pico and my needs.

i'm using vlc as my converter. i've read the online acer spec and feel i've tried everything to make it project from memory stick. I have done 31 conversions to date. Some no sound, some no picture and some - not supported file.

PLEASE help i've spent 10 hours on this tody alone and can think of no more bright ideas - but to ask for help.

It seems that the details on playing from USB media is on the CD-rom that came with the projector not in the owners manual. If you don't have that try to download it or call them. Your other option is to use a laptop.
