Urgent! Trouble with Battery Calibration

I'm having a big trouble regarding my iPAQ H3850.
I tried all the ways, plug in the power restart everything. But none seems
to work. Please help if anyone has the same problem.


My screen keeps coming up with
WARNING:

Your Device's battery has been completely Discharged.If you allow your
device to completely charge, the battery can be recabrated and will offer
you more accurated battery information.

Hello,

Is the device new? Can you return it?

Have you tried to let the device sit unused for 24 hours or so on the
charger?
