1. What is your budget?
650 would be ideal, 700 max.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
15' would be great, but not necessarily too picky

3. What screen resolution do you want?
anything 1336 x 768 or more

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable

5. How much battery life do you need?
Enough to last through 6 hours/day of classes

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Not really a gamer, but if I do game it's low end (think GBA emulator or vanilla wow)

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
500GB minimum, pref 1tb

amazon.com usually, but i'm willing to use other credible websites

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
Three years minimum. 5 years would be ideal. I would like the laptop to be from a credible company and to be somewhat durable.

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
Not important, DVD is fine.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I don't know much about brands, but whatever receives good reviews or is a company that is known for making quality laptops.

USA

These are specs i'm looking for
i3 processor minimum, but an i5 would be great
6GB RAM or higher
500GB HDD
Windows 7, 8 or 10 (but 7 is preferred).
