USB 3.0 Issues Asus X550JX

So, I just bought my first USB 3.0 and I was really excited to try the speeds out. I was pretty dissapointed to see that when copying a move from my laptop to the stick, the speed is really really weak. Like 20mb/s. But, when copying the same exact move from the USB drive on my laptop, the speeds go up to 150mb/s.

Does anybody know what may be the issue? I have absolutely all the updates up to date, I even triple checked all of them to make sure before posting here. But now I'm really clueless.
