USB Blu Ray Player under $50

Im looking for an external usb blu ray player for $50 or less. It doesn't need to burn blu rays, but it would be nice if it burnt to dvds. Any help would be appreciated.

I see nowhere in potplayer specs being mentioned it can play BluRay disks. It might play rips.

To OP: For probably $30 more, you can get a recording drive with full software suite.

It won't work , it's not licensed by One Blue , Free and bluray don't go together.

It included pretty good (not latest) version of "CyberLink Media Suite 10", and downloadable version (piece of horse manure) Nero Media Home 10
