Question USB Data

I have a USB Drive that will not pull up its data,
I have tried on multiple computers Windows 10
The Drive shows in the file manager
When I try to use diskmanager with it plugged in it just loads and loads and never pulls any drives, If I remove the USB it will Open the Computer drives.
Same if I try a recovery program it will just load and load end never pull up the drive,

am I missing anything? Anyone have any other ideas

No It is in RAW format and need to try and get data off of it.

If the USB is plugged in it wont do anything, I can run a scan, disk management, anything. As soon as I removed the USB everything starts working like the disk manager etc.

This simply sounds like a failed drive.

Toss it, and get the data from your backup.

If you have another USB drive, try installing GParted Live. GParted has rescued many, many drives I thought were bad or dead, including a bricked SD card that I used for an HTC S-Off exploit on the MyTouch 4G Slide.
