USB headphones power off when using devices in the same room

When I turn the lights on, my speakers make quiet cracking/banging noises.

When I adjust the speed of my table fan, my USB headphones stop working in a way. I lose sounds in most video games and apps/videos. Replugging helps. Restarting the apps works too. This makes me wonder, what is going on. It probably has something to do with electricity but... such a small thing as table fan speed adjustment affects USB devices...

The devices are not all in the same power strip. My computer, fan and speakers (usually plugged off since they make weird sound even when off, I wonder why this is???) are all wall connected.

Does anyone have any advice regarding this?

My wall outlets are very different from those though.

My computer, fan, speakers etc. are NOT plugged into a power strip.

You should try to do the following:
1. Have you outlets tested or test them yourself with a device like the one recommended by scout. You could have a bad ground.

2. Try and put your PC on a decent surge protector. Not a plain power strip.

3. And if that doesn't work get a line conditioner LIKE the one I recommended. What country do you live in? The one I linked is standard american fare but should be available in Europe, or at the very least work with proper adapters.
