USB Mic mutes between sentences

I have a Blue Snowball Ice mic that I would like to prevent from muting between sentences. I understand it's great for reducing noise, but when I start to speak again, it doesn't pick up the very beginning of a word. Is there any way of doing this?

For reference, I am using Voicemeeter with Adobe Audition CC to record.

Hello... Typically you would "disable" either "Mic muting" OR "AGC" automatic gain control.

Where would this setting typically be? I have looked in Windows mic settings, Voicemeeter and Audition and cannot find such a setting.

I have determined the issue was in Voicemeeter and have resolved the issue. Thanks!
