Usb Mic White noise on my PC but not on laptop

Hello there guys, sorry to bother you's but i have a blue spark digital and iv had problems with it for a long time were the white noise is super bad on it, so bad the volume cant exceed 5-10. I tested the mic on my sisters laptop and it was fine so its definitely my computer. I bought a USB hub that was wall powered to see if that would help but sadly it didn't. Any ideas on what i can do?

Have you tried another microphone that uses only the microphone jack?

(different model I know... as for the "boom stand" it occurs to me you can simply HOLD the microphone since that would remove desktop vibration.. if holding doesn't help then I doubt another stand will)

i havent as most of the good microphone are xlr or usb . Iv literally tried everything except a new usb cable as its unique to the mic
