USB Micro-B Male-To-Male Cable?

I have a ASUS T300 Chi convertible with a Micro-B USB port and the ASUS dock also with a male Micro-B plug. Anyone seen a male-to-male Micro-B USB cable? Looking for one to get the single USB port on the T300 Chi to access the RJ45, video and USB ports available on my ASUS dock.
Thanks for clues / referrals to where you may have seen a male-to-male cable!!
