Question USB Ports and bluetooth not working

So today i plugged my mouse again to laptop. It did that sound for connetrion of device, but it didnt work. Mouse lights started, even the red sensor on the bottom, but the cursor on screen didnt move a inch. I tried uninstalling drivers already and turning off the Allow windows to turn off this to save power feature, none of it works.

Another big problem which i an facing for a year now, but i didnt pay attention to it until now is the bluetooth. This laptop has the bluetooth feature, but it didnt work. I turn it on, but i cant connect anything to it. Wonder whys that. Hope u can help in both of these troubles.

I am using a Lenovo B50-80 laptop with Windows 7. Thanks.

First step, make sure the mouse works in other systems. You said USB ports don't work, so you tried them with other devices or just the mouse?

Bluetooth, do a BIOS update and check for newer drivers from the Lenovo.

Yea i tried multiple ports and devices such as HDD and other mouse, all the same problem.

How am i supposed to update my BIOS?
