Question user defined Currencies rates

I' looking for a user defined Currencies rates conversion app.
I need to be able to put in my rates for two and accordingly to get 5 different currencies based on those ratios.

Not so convinient with multiple currensies during travel..

Unless you travel to a new country every 2 minutes, you just need to run it once, then again when in another country. There are also online converters you can use.
