Utimate family tree

I have an older version of the Ulitmate family tree I have installed on my new PC and when I try to open the program, I get a message that the "system is out of memory or resources". I tried using the older version of windows to open it, but that didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How do you open the program? Do you select the icon for it, or try opening through a file that's associated with it?
