Solved! Vegas Pro 16 crashes on startup at "Creating video plug-in factory"

This recently started happening. Vegas Pro 16 started crashing on startup while displaying the message "Creating video plug-in factory". I've tried reinstalling the app, and even deleting all of my video plug-ins, but nothing worked.

Which hardware are you using?

use ddu uninstaller and reinstall the latest graphics driver

I've had this issue and I fixed it by deleting the Ignite plugin. Might be different for you though. If you have the plugin you can find it here :
C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins

installing a newer, updated version of Vegas pro 16 and plugins could work as well
